The good folks from Ubisoft has released batch of screenshots from Far Cry 2, providing a glimpse of the title’s various multiplayer modes running on the PC. In addition, the first "patch" for Far Cry 2, when it’s released, may introduce a number of predatory animals into the mix. Out of the box, FarCry 2 only features a handful of herbivores.
Far Cry 2 will be released late in October.

A common theme began to emerge over the course of my conversation with Crytek producer Bernd Diemer: this company has learned a lot since the release of Crysis.
Crysis Warhead, the result of Crytek’s accumulated knowledge, will be released on Tuesday, and already the game is receiving high marks from critics.
In our lengthy interview, Diemer went over the major changes made to the Crysis formula in Warhead, whether Crysis itself will be patched to bring it up to speed, the importance of the new Crysis-branded PC, and the future of the Crysis franchise.

In PC Zone’s most recent issue (#199 available Sept. 11th) there is an article reviewing Crysis Warhead giving the game a score of 92 out of a possible 100.
PC Zone has issued the first review for stunning FPS follow-up (or spin-off, whatever you want to call it) Crysis Warhead, awarding it a respectable 92%.
Warhead, says PC Zone, remedies many of the issues that players had with the first game; the sometimes dodgy AI, unspectacular aliens turning up… Very high praise follows…
